...but then, so does the game. You can just pause the game to see what each fighter's moves are. So, this has them laid out for you, which is superior for remembering them, I think.
However, I mostly got this guide to show me how the Custom Character items are unlocked, and it barely touches on that aspect of the game.
It's still a decent guide, but it's too bad that it isn't more extensive.
Customer Review: GREAT BUY FOR A GREAT GAME!
Lately most games have horrible manuals that come with the game that do not provide any answers to any questions. I was hesistant at first, but no info is given with the game. The guide is great and covers everything the game has to offer. Everything from combo links to special moves and everything inbetween is discussed in great detail. this game is for fighting game fans who are willing to put in the time and effort for soul calibur 4. It is a tad pricey but for me it was worth it. If youre serious about really getting good at soul calibur 4 i certainly reccomend it.

Customer Review: Not very well thought out....
I had pre-ordered these drums about a month before they came out with great expectations mainly due to the fact that I am a real drummer and was looking for a more genuine experience while playing the new Rock Band. Little did I know that I could only use the drums themselves, and NOT the cymbals due the fact that I am a lefty drummer!! This is a MAJOR design flaw in the module!! I tried to play them as I would my real drums (righty kit without crossing my hands to play the high hat), but this just leads to confusion during the songs as it reverses the snare & high hat on screen. The drums seem to be well made & extremely durable & accurate. I still enjoy playing them as opposed to the standard ones but COME ON!! IT SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT THROUGH R&D WITH THIS FLAW!!!
Customer Review: defective bass pedal and cheap parts
After spending 45 minutes putting my set together, I turned on rock band 2, and to my surprise, the bass pedal was defective and wouldn't work. I fooled around with it for another 20 or 30 minutes, but could never get it to register. I was able to test the pads out on freestyle mode, and they seemed to work great. However, the cymbals are not accurate with fast beats and one of the wing nuts that held the green pad was broken, and the pad fell after just 2 or 3 hits!! Amazon is sending a replacement set, but it seems that other people have had the same problem (another review mentioned a faulty pedal out of the box as well, although they still rated it a 4/5). While the pads seem like they are accurate, it seems to me the rest of the set is made of cheap parts that break easily.
